Location Privacy: Our "Ghost Mode" allows you to share your duck’s journey without ever revealing your precise home or current GPS coordinates to the public map.
No Third-Party Sales: Your information is used strictly for the DUKD.IO ecosystem. We do not sell your data to outside marketing firms.
Nova Scotia Jurisdiction: As a company based in Sydney, Nova Scotia, we adhere to Canadian privacy standards and local labor and utility regulations.

The Respect Rule: When "ducking" a fellow Jeeper, only place ducks on external door handles or side mirrors. Never reach inside a vehicle or disturb a driver.
The Maritime Rule: On cruise ships, place ducks in public "duck shelves" or common areas. Avoid pools, dining areas, or restricted crew zones to ensure the safety of the vessel and the environment.
Digital Integrity: Users are responsible for the accuracy of their "pings". Do not forge location data or interfere with the proprietary AJAX tracking logic of the DUKD.IO platform.
The Community Bond: This is a hobby built on kindness. Harassment or misuse of the tracking system will result in a permanent "Ghost Mode" ban for your account.
